Greigii Tulips

The varieties have much in common with the wild Tulips which can be found in the mountains of Turkestan. The bulbs prefer to be left in the ground. Each year they will show their beautiful flowers in early spring. The relatively large flowers grow on very sturdy, short stems. Plant in groups along walks, at the front of borders and in pots or tubs. They like well-drained soil and some sun on their heads during the spring.
