    Can I return my shipment?

    Yes, you may return your order to us at any time. A full refund of the product total will be issued to the original payment method for any items returned to our facility in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, once the return has been received and processed by our Customer Service Department.

    If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, all shipping charges incurred will also be refunded. If the return is due to a change of mind or a customer error, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

    Returns received after the 14 day period will be eligible for store credit rather than a refund. To qualify for any refund or credit, all returned items must arrive in their original condition.
