Description
If you’re looking for something that doesn’t look like a typical ranunculus at all, Ranunculus Poodle 'Ramlia' is in a completely different category. The petals are not smooth and layered like the Romance types. Instead, they’re finely fringed, almost feathery, giving the flower a soft, textured look that stands out immediately. It has that slightly wild, almost fluffy appearance that’s hard to describe until you see it in person. It’s not just another ranunculus. It’s a statement variety.
What makes Ranunculus Poodle 'Ramlia' unique:
Fringed, feathery petals
Unlike standard ranunculus, the petals are deeply cut and textured, giving a soft, almost “poodle-like” look.
Soft pink color
A clean pink tone that works well in both soft and brighter palettes.
Truly different flower form
More airy and textured compared to the dense, rose-like blooms of Romance varieties. Strong stems
Known as one of the stronger Poodle types, with good stem length and structure.
Great for cutting
Long stems and unique shape make it ideal for bouquets and design work.
Poodle ranunculus like ‘Ramlia’ come from the same Japanese breeding background as the Romance series, but they were selected for texture instead of fullness.
