Tulips Sylvestris is also known as the 'Wood Tulip' or 'Vineyard Tulip'.

In Europe, this yellow tulip variety is used as a naturalizing tulip for graveyards, vineyards and patios.

Tulip Sylvestris is well known for its strong naturalizing potential. The bulbs reproduce small 'runners' in the ground which will produce foliage. If the bulbs are situated on a spot with plenty of sun, the foliage will throw more and more new flowers.

The flowers have a sweet fragrance reminiscent of the scent of rapeseed blossom.

Height 10 Inches and blooms mid-late April.
